Glen Cary is seeking a new staff member for each of the following roles:
Our CAT (Congregational Assessment Tool) survey in 2024 labeled our congregation as being a "transformational church," meaning there is higher satisfaction and energy present in the congregation than most of the 1,800 churches in the HolyCow! Consulting database.
Key assets from the survey include: flexibility; high morale and energy; theological diversity; Spiritual vitality; and hospitality.
